Features:

2. Rubber packing design is used to make the packing seal more reliable. The packing preload nut adopts an anti-off nut, which can prevent the nut from loosening in long-term use.

3. The ram adopts nylon point guide, the ram is positioned to ensure the smooth movement of the ram, and the bottom of the port adopts a smooth transition, which is not easy to accumulate slurry and slag, which greatly reduces the use failure of the valve.

4. The bottom of the ram adopts a knife-shaped arc design, which has a strong cutting force, which is especially suitable for the control of pulp and fiber-containing media. After the ram is finely ground, the surface is treated with hard chrome plating, which has strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

The sealing seat adopts movable sealing, and adopts O-ring preloading, and the preloading force provided makes the sealing seat close to the valve plate, which has the function of automatic compensation for the wear of the sealing pair in long-term use, and improves the service life. Depending on the application, metal seats, PTFE or EPDM seats are available.
