Features:
1. This butterfly valve is suitable for pipelines in various working conditions such as petroleum and chemical industries with a nominal pressure of 1.0~25.0MPa (Class150-1500) and a working temperature of ≤538°C. It is used to cut off or connect the pipeline medium.
2. It has a simple structure, small size, short structural length, small volume, and light weight, making it suitable for large-diameter valves.
3. When fully open, the valve seat passage has a large effective flow area and low fluid resistance.
4. It is easy and quick to open and close, and has good adjustment performance.
5. The opening and closing torque is relatively small. Since the butterfly plates on both sides of the rotating shaft are subjected to the medium in an basically equal manner, the torque generated is in the opposite direction, so opening and closing is less strenuous.
6. The sealing surface material of the centerline butterfly valve is generally rubber or plastic, so it has good low-pressure sealing performance. The triple eccentric type uses a multi-layer or hard alloy overlay sealing surface to meet the high pressure and bidirectional pressure requirements.
