Product Details

Features:

1. Knife gate valve is a type of gate valve. During opening and closing, the drive device is coaxial with the valve stem and gate, resulting in a smaller opening torque and convenient and labor-saving operation.

2. The rubber packing design ensures a more reliable seal. The packing preload nut is an anti-loosening nut to prevent loosening during long-term use.

3. The gate uses nylon point guides to position it and ensure smooth movement. The bottom of the port has a smooth transition, which prevents slurry accumulation and residue, greatly reducing valve malfunctions.

4. The bottom of the gate plate features a knife-shaped arc design, providing strong cutting force, making it particularly suitable for controlling pulp and fibrous media. After precision grinding, the gate plate undergoes a hard chrome plating treatment, resulting in excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

5. The sealing seat adopts a movable seal and uses O-ring pre-tightening. The provided pre-tightening force ensures that the sealing seat is tightly attached to the valve plate, and has an automatic compensation function for wear of the sealing pair during long-term use, thus improving service life. Metal sealing seats, PTFE or EPDM valve seats are available to suit different applications.
