Fixed ball valves are a new generation of high-performance ball valves. Their strength, safety, and resistance to harsh environments are specially considered in their design, making them suitable for various corrosive and non-corrosive media. Compared to floating ball valves, during operation, the force exerted by the upstream fluid pressure on the ball is entirely transferred to the bearings, preventing the ball from moving towards the valve seat. Therefore, the valve seat does not bear excessive pressure, resulting in lower torque, less valve seat deformation, stable sealing performance, and a longer service life. They are suitable for high-pressure, large-diameter applications and are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, nuclear power, aerospace, natural gas, electric power, metallurgy, and food processing.
