A globe valve is a valve in which the shut-off (disc) moves along the centerline of the valve seat. According to this form of disc movement, the change of the seat port is directly proportional to the stroke of the disc. Because the opening or closing stroke of the stem of this type of valve is relatively short, and has a very reliable shut-off function, and because the change of the valve seat port is proportional to the stroke of the disc, it is very suitable for the regulation of the flow rate. Therefore, this type of valve is ideal for use as a shut-off or regulation as well as throttling.

Features:
1. The globe valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting the pipeline medium in petroleum, chemical, thermal power stations and other working conditions with a nominal pressure of 1.6~42.0MPa (Class150~2500) and a working temperature of ≤600°C.
2. The switch stroke of the spool of the globe valve is small, and the sealing surface can withstand multiple switches, which is very suitable for the occasions that need frequent switches, in the process of opening and closing, due to the small friction between the spool and the sealing surface of the valve seat, it is more wear-resistant, and the manufacturing process is good, and it is easy to maintain.
3. The sealing surface is welded with Co-based cemented carbide, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.
4. The valve stem has been quenched and tempered and nitrided on the surface, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
5. Nominal pressure≥15.0MPa(Class900) The middle cavity adopts a self-tightening sealing structure, and the sealing performance is enhanced with the increase of pressure to ensure the sealing performance.
6. The valve is equipped with an inverted sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing.
7. The material of the parts, the flange and the size of the butt welding end can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
