Features:
1. This gate valve is suitable for pipelines with nominal pressure of 1.6~42.0MPa (Class 150~2500, working temperature ≤600℃) in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, and thermal power plants, to cut off or connect the pipeline medium.
2. The product has low fluid resistance, requires less torque to open and close, has no flow direction restriction, reliable sealing, and excellent performance.
3. The sealing surface is overlaid with Co-based hard alloy, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.
4. The valve stem undergoes quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, giving it excellent corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
5. Nominal pressure ≥15.0MPa (Class 900), the middle cavity adopts a self-tightening sealing structure, the sealing performance increases with the pressure, ensuring the sealing performance.
6. The valve is equipped with a reverse sealing structure, ensuring a reliable seal.
7. The materials of the parts and the dimensions of the flanges and butt weld ends can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
