PH (4/6) 4 American Standard Swing Welded Check Valve
Product overview:
American Standard (ASME) check valves are available in three types: lift, swing, and butterfly. Swing check valves have two bonnet designs: those with pressure ratings of 150Lb-300Lb are bolt-on bonnets with either spiral wound gaskets or metal ring gaskets; those with pressure ratings of 600Lb-2500Lb are self-sealing bonnets with pressure seals of either metal or 316 stainless steel with flexible graphite. Connection types include flange connections and weld neck connections.
Product parameters:
Size range: 1/2"~24" (DN15~DN600)
Pressure rating: ASME 150~2500LB (PN16~PN420) Temperature range: -46°C -600°C
Connection methods: flange, welding, threaded, etc.
Main materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, alloy steel, etc.
Sealing surface hardening treatment method: Stellite alloy and nickel-based alloy overlay welding
Product standards:
Design standard: ANSI B 16.34
Structural length: ANSI B16.10
Connection flange: ANSI B16.15
Testing and Inspection: API 598
Features :
1. The design and manufacture of the product comply with the requirements of American National Standard ANSI B16.34 and American Petroleum Institute Standard API6D.
2. The valve disc is a swing type, and the flow channel is straight, so it can be installed in both horizontal and vertical pipes.
3. The rocker arm pin adopts an internal structure, which reduces the disadvantage of external leakage.
4. The valve body and cover are bolted together. Under high pressure, the rating is greater than Class 600Lb. The middle flange adopts an internal pressure self-sealing structure, which makes the product lightweight and reliable.
