Terminal water testing device (GZSPM-80-DX(SA)) DN25
Product overview:
The terminal water test device is a test device used at the end of the automatic sprinkler pipe network system of the fire protection system. It is used to check the pressure in the automatic sprinkler system water pipe network and check whether the automatic pressure equalization and automatic water replenishment of the sprinkler system water pressure are normal. .
Product advantages:
Location selectivity: The terminal water testing device should be installed at the most unfavorable point of the system pipe network, that is, at the nozzle farthest from the alarm valve group, to ensure that the startup and alarm functions of the system are tested under the most unfavorable conditions;
Clear composition: It usually consists of three main parts: a water test valve, a pressure gauge and a water test joint, ensuring that pressure measurement and simulated nozzle water discharge can be carried out;
Flow coefficient matching: The flow coefficient of the outlet of the water test joint should match the sprinkler head with the minimum flow coefficient in the same floor or fire zone to ensure the accuracy of the test;
Easy to identify: The terminal water testing device and water testing valve should be clearly marked and installed at a height that is convenient for operation and maintenance, usually about 1.5 meters above the ground;
Prevent misuse: Measures should be taken to prevent the terminal water testing device from being misused, such as preventing the water testing connector from being used as a domestic water connection;
Drainage design: The water from the terminal water testing device should be discharged into the drainage pipe through the orifice. The drainage riser should have sufficient diameter, and a top-extension vent pipe may be required to ensure smooth drainage;
Comply with specifications: The design and installation of the terminal water testing device should comply with relevant fire regulations and standards, such as the "Design Code for Automatic Sprinkler Fire Extinguishing Systems" (GB50084-2017);
Functional test: It can be used to detect whether the components such as water flow indicators, alarm valves, pressure switches, and hydraulic alarm bells operate normally, as well as the smoothness of the water distribution pipeline and the working pressure of the sprinkler head at the most unfavorable point.
Easy maintenance: Although installed at the most disadvantageous point of the system, the design should take into account the convenience of maintenance to facilitate regular inspection and testing.
Safety considerations: When designing and installing, take safety into consideration to avoid causing water damage during testing or affecting the normal operation of other systems.
