Features :

1. The check valve is suitable for nominal pressure 16-42. 0MPa(Class150~2500), the working temperature ≤ 600°C in petroleum, chemical, thermal power stations and other working conditions, its function is to prevent the backflow of the medium in the pipeline.

2. The check valve is divided according to the structure, which can be divided into lifting check valve, swing check valve and butterfly check valve, and the lifting check valve has its disc along the channel to make a lifting movement in a line, and the action is reliable, but the fluid resistance is large, and it is suitable for light and small caliber occasions; The disc of the swing check valve rotates around the rotating shaft. Its fluid resistance is generally less than that of the lifting check valve, and it is suitable for larger diameter occasions; The butterfly check valve has a simple structure, small flow resistance, and small water hammer pressure.

3. The sealing surface is welded with Co-based cemented carbide, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.

4. Nominal pressure≥15.0MPa(Class900) The middle cavity adopts a self-tightening sealing structure, and the sealing performance is enhanced with the increase of pressure, which ensures the sealing performance.
