Product overview:

Gate valves allow only unidirectional flow of the medium and are suitable for use in shut-off or throttling applications; they come in various structural forms such as straight-through and right-angle gate valves; and are widely used in applications involving water, oil, gas, steam, and other media.

Structural features:

1. The product has a reasonable structure, good sealing performance, and high safety and reliability.

2. The sealing surface is welded with Co-based hard alloy, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.

3. The valve stem undergoes conditioning and surface oxidation treatment, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

4. For nominal pressures greater than 25MPa (CL1500), the cavity adopts a self-tightening sealing structure, and the sealing performance increases with the increase of pressure to ensure sealing performance.

5. The valve is equipped with a reverse sealing structure, ensuring high safety and reliability.

6. The materials of the parts and the dimensions of the flanges and butt weld ends can be selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements, which can meet various working conditions.
