Features:

1. Gate valves are suitable for pipelines with nominal pressure of 1.6~42.0MPa (Class 150~2500) and working temperature ≤600℃ in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, and thermal power plants, to cut off or connect the pipeline medium.

2. The stop valve has a short valve core switching stroke and the sealing surface can withstand multiple switching, making it very suitable for applications requiring frequent switching. During opening and closing, the friction between the valve core and the valve seat sealing surface is small, making it more wear-resistant. It also has a good manufacturing process and is easy to maintain.

3. The sealing surface is overlaid with Co-based hard alloy, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.

4. The valve stem has been tempered and surface nitrided, and has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

5. Nominal pressure ≥15.0MPa (Class 900) The cavity adopts a self-tightening sealing structure, and the sealing performance is enhanced as the pressure increases, thus ensuring the sealing performance.
